The Agency For Science, Technology And Research is looking for a talented Early-Career Photonic Device Developer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the development and fabrication of photonic integrated circuits and contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge photonic technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Fabrication Support: Provide technical support for the fabrication of photonic integrated circuits, including operating cleanroom equipment and performing process characterization and data analysis.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize process flows and troubleshoot fabrication issues.
- Documentation: Document process parameters and contribute to process development reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on photonic chip design and packaging.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in semiconductor processing or photonic device fabrication.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of photonic devices and semiconductor materials, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
