We are seeking an experienced Fitness Professional to join our team. As a Fitness Program Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing customized fitness programs for members. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver fitness programs for members of all ages and fitness levels
  • Conduct group fitness classes and personal training sessions
  • Assess member fitness goals and create personalized plans
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong passion for fitness and demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Knowledge of exercise science principles, including anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
  • Proven experience as a personal trainer or in a related field
