About the Role:We are seeking an Allied Health Assistant to join our Physiotherapy team at Hillmorton Hospital. This permanent role will involve working alongside our Physiotherapists in the Specialist Mental Health Service, delivering quality treatment and rehabilitation plans to patients with various levels of physical health and activity needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Physiotherapist colleagues in delivering treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Facilitating group exercise sessions
- Setting up equipment for physiotherapy sessions or meetings as required
- Maintaining and monitoring supplies and equipment within the department
Required Skills and Qualifications:A strong desire to be part of a team, dedication to continued learning, strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and previous experience in a similar therapy assistant role with a good understanding of health are essential for this position.
