The Role
As a Solutions Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and revenue streams. Your responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and providing tailored One NZ and Solution Squad IT & Telco solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecommunications and IT sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Promote and sell One NZ and Solution Squad Telco & IT services to businesses across New Zealand.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customised solutions for clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the Telco and IT industry. You should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and drive sales results. A passion for technology and a customer-first approach is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
