About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostics Scientist Specialist to join our team at IDEXX Reference Laboratories. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic testing services to our customers.


The ideal candidate will have experience working in a diagnostics laboratory, ideally within biochemistry and haematology. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities



  • Ensure the provision of accurate and timely diagnostic test results through the application of professional knowledge in biochemistry and haematology.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve laboratory goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
