As a Patient Services Liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and supporting our clinical teams in delivering outstanding patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  2. Coordinating patient services and ensuring accurate and timely management of patient invoices and claims
  3. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to security protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-demand environment
  • Familiarity with MedTech Evolution (or similar) preferred
  • Customer service background and Kiwi Host or similar training advantageous
  • Experience working in healthcare or administration desirable
