Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in NFR Enterprise.

This role involves working closely with Business Units to ensure they manage Non-Financial Risk effectively and meet the requirements of ANZ I.AM Framework.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational knowledge, technical and industry networks, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the Non-Financial Risk Framework (including associated procedures and tools)
  • Support the Non-Financial Risk teams in implementing the I.AM Framework
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to building collaborative relationship to enable business and non-financial risk objectives to be achieved

Requirements

  • Organisational knowledge and strong technical and/or industry networks (internal and external)
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence/negotiate change
