This strategic yet hands-on role demands a proven project management professional capable of synchronizing technical delivery with operational goals to propel Rocket Lab's success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional best practices for software development, aligning with global teams.
  • Accurately estimate technical requirements for projects, ensuring strategic consistency with company objectives.
  • Engage the right people and coach teams on top project planning practices.
  • Track Annual Operating Plan (AOP) items, manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication, and implement change control processes smoothly.
  • Cordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliverables on target.
