Business Operations Manager

Rotorualibrary is seeking a talented and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position that will involve managing the overall operations of our transport business.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business operations, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position or a relevant qualification at Diploma level or higher. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The key responsibilities of this role include managing staff and equipment, handling initial communications, allocating resources, liaising with professionals and staff, creating reports, communicating with external parties, financial management, and staff management.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent business operations management skills
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and learn quickly
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Able to use computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be required to work 30-40 hours per week, with a minimum pay rate of $35 per hour and a maximum pay rate of $36 per hour.

NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is required for this position.
