About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join our residential property team in Lichfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential conveyancing transactions, including registered and unregistered titles, purchase and sale transactions, remortgages, equity release, and transfer of equity.

Your Responsibilities

You will assist our solicitors with residential conveyancing transactions, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working within a conveyancing team, fast and accurate typing skills, preferably using digital dictation systems, and experience with case management software. IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also essential.
