Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be able to handle a variety of complex matters, including commercial and residential conveyancing, commercial leases, subdivisions, refinancing, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, easements, and property development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handling complex commercial property transactions, including conveyancing, leases, and subdivision work
  2. Assisting senior members of the team with high-profile projects
  3. Developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues

About You

  • A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
  • A reliable and motivated individual who excels at multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • Able to work effectively within a busy team environment, yet also confident working independently when required
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate well to both clients and colleagues
