Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at The Pond. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new client and partner opportunities across global markets and engaging key decision makers to schedule meetings.

You will have the opportunity to work in a proven and supported sales pipeline process with advanced prospecting tools. Your natural BDM ability and past experience will enable you to achieve results and drive business growth.

  • Leverage AI and HubSpot CRM to identify potential clients and partners based on an agreed ICP
  • Carry out background research to identify issues and opportunities for engagement
  • Utilise product knowledge to develop a core benefits statement for opportunities
  • Develop outreach campaigns and sequences to engage potential clients and partners
  • Secure meetings for the Director with potential clients and partners

The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce systems or platforms, knowledge of CRM/Automation Software (HubSpot preferred), a history of achieving sales results and KPIs, and the ability to interact and form connections with a wide variety of individuals.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary of $80,000 per annum + KiwiSaver + Commission. Relevant tertiary qualifications and a commitment to achieving outcomes are mandatory requirements for this role.
