Salary:This permanent, full-time role comes with a competitive remuneration package, including a basic salary, commission, BMW car, Laptop & Phone. Work will be allocated to suit your location, and you will ideally live within an hour's drive of the office.
Job Description:The Assistant Land Manager role involves researching Land & New Homes opportunities, lead generation using various internet portals and marketing tools. You will arrange and attend Client and site meetings, liaise with branches, and assist in the marketing of Auction Land Lots. Additionally, you will help market and sell larger residential development sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:You must have excellent communication skills at all levels, tenacity to win new business, and self-motivation to succeed in a property-related environment. A thick skin is also essential, as the development world can be challenging. No previous experience in land is required, but ongoing training will be provided.
