**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team as a Payables and Receivables Coordinator. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, as well as experience working in high-volume environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  2. Administer the Purchasing Card & Cash Expense function, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  3. Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
  4. Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  5. Reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy of financial data.
  6. Complete month-end and year-end accounting and reporting tasks.
  7. Maintain up-to-date process documentation for all areas of responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations.
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field.
