Marketing & Content Co-Ordinator

Hello We're LEAD Executive Search & Consult Recruitment, two New Zealand founded recruitment and leadership firms connecting great people with great organisations across New Zealand. We're on the hunt for a talented Marketing & Content Co-ordinator to join our friendly team.

THE ROLE

Let's get to the fun stuff – this role is all about creating content that clicks with busy executives and telling our story in a way that makes us stand out. You'll be working across our two brands, LEAD Executive Search and Consult Recruitment, helping us reach more clients and candidates through great marketing and authentic, relevant content that gets noticed.

This is a genuine opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, fun working environment with loads of leadership and development opportunities.

Our business has won various awards mostly for its high-growth nature and great culture, we do regular social events and love a good office bake-off


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Planning out our content calendar for both brands
  • Writing articles, success stories, and creating visual content - that aren't just reshares or overly AI generated
  • Creating LinkedIn posts that actually get engagement (you know the ones)
  • Working with our in house graphic designer and web designer to make a wide range of creative materials on brand and impactful.
Digital Marketing (Getting Us Noticed)
  • Managing our LinkedIn and social media – where the real conversations happen
  • Tracking what works and what doesn't, then doing more of what works
  • Running our email newsletters without being spammy
  • Helping us get found online through smart SEO
Events & Brand Work
  • Helping organise networking events
  • Keeping our brand voice and materials consistent and meaningful
  • Building up our content library so we're not starting from scratch each time
  • Keeping an eye on how we're doing in the market
WHAT WE'RE AFTER
  • Marketing, Communications or similar qualification
  • 2-4 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing and/ or content creation
  • A genuine interest in helping businesses and people connect
  • Writing skills that make people want to keep reading
  • Digital marketing know-how
  • A motivated, self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects, this role reports into a Fractional Head of Marketing working part-time so you'll be the key marketer making the magic happen day to day.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and Monday.com (or similar)
