Night Fill Assistant

We are looking for a night filler to join our team.The role requires an ability to work within a small team, be self-motivated, and be proud of your contribution to our store presentation and standards.
You will be responsible for ensuring Grocery products are available for our customers to purchase and that stock is stored away tidily for day staff to access and replenish shelves.
This is a very busy role, and you will need to be a productive and focused member of the team.Specific Skills / AttributesA strong work ethic - it's all go during the shiftReliabilityHonesty and integrityWillingness to work nightsAbility to work pallets quickly and properlyDrop, fill and face product quickly and thoroughlyDeliver outstanding service to internal departmentsCommunicate effectively with members of the grocery team and stay positive with all eyes on the goalEnjoy a fast-paced roleFit and healthy as the role requires manual handling and some heavy liftingSomeone who is aligned to our company values - Pride, Respect, Integrity, Cooperative nature & EnthusiasticThe hours and days of work will be discussed at the interview - generally, the hours of work are between 7pm and 2am.Pre-employment drug testing is required for this safety-sensitive role.Prior exposure to evening/night shift work would be an advantage.All applicants must hold NZ residency or citizenship.
