Role: Senior Consultant

Location: Auckland, NZ

Salary: NZD 108571 – 119893 (Annual Gross) Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and may be subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Roles and Responsibilities: Work with the client to create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements.Lead workshops for the client to define functional and non-functional requirements.Responsible for Agile processes and improvement within the team.Prioritize removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve them.Run multiple parallel projects and drive forward delivery of high-quality work on-time and on budget while maintaining focus on customer value and outcomes.Lead the team to achieve continuous delivery and to build quality in supported platforms/systems.Develop, monitor, and communicate team reporting and metrics.Coach the team on agile principles and practices to grow agile maturity.Plan development, planning, and delivery of a portfolio of work for the team.Ensure the team remains focused on priorities and aligned to strategy and roadmaps, and that backlog and release plans are maintained.Liaise with other teams to ensure dependencies between teams are understood and managed.Prior experience in customer communication management, document management solutions.
Knowledge of Insurance/Claims is a must.Work closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.Initiate and support Agile development of scrum multi-function teams.Use JIRA for end-to-end project and team management process and guide the team to use JIRA for various activities.Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques.Work closely with User Experience specialists, developers, and testers to provide clarification when required.Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team.Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation.Create formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements.Knowledge of associated frameworks and tools.Project Management experience is an added advantage.Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.Additional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.Team Management.Iteration Management.At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
