We are seeking a Senior Automation Consultant to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand business and testing requirements
  • Leverage your automation expertise to design, implement, and maintain testing solutions
  • Work closely with consultants and share your knowledge with junior team members

Technical skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in functional testing, test design, test management, defect tracking, and requirement traceability for web applications, mobile, and APIs
  • 5+ years of experience in test automation using tools such as Cucumber, Playwright, Easy Repro, Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, or similar
  • Relevant certifications/qualifications in testing and automation
  • A strong understanding of application architecture (standalone & multitier)
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Java, C#)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines preferably using Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, X-Ray, Azure DevOps)
  • Relevant experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter will be a bonus

  • Professional in customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
