Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Business Development Director with a strong focus on investment attraction. This senior role will involve spearheading initiatives to attract external investors, expand our funding base, and secure capital for large-scaleproperty development projects. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind enhancing our investment profile and establishing Dreamhome as the premier destination for real estate investments in New Zealand. 
Investment Attraction Strategy

Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract external investors, including high-net-worth individuals, private equity firms, and institutional
Position Dreamhome as a prime investment opportunity through strategic marketing and investor outreach.

Building Investor Networks

Identify and engage potential investors globally to secure new funding sources for the company's development projects.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investment funds, and key stakeholders to support growth and funding initiatives.

Securing Capital for Development Projects

Drive efforts to attract investment capital, ensuring adequate funding for current and future projects.
Oversee negotiations with investors, structuring deals to align with the company's strategic goals and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Market Positioning and Branding

Enhance Dreamhome's visibility and reputation in the investment community through strategic branding and promotional efforts.
Present the company's investment opportunities at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings to build recognition and attract funding.

Reporting and Investor Communication

Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for potential and existing investors, detailing project performance and future prospects.
Maintain transparent communication with investors, providing regular updates on the progress and returns of their investments.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales and marketing, business development, or investment attraction, prefer with a background in real estate or property development.
Proven success in raising capital from external investors and managing relationships with a diverse range of investment partners.
Excellent communication and networking skills to engage effectively with investors and present Dreamhome as a top-tier investment opportunity.
