If you're passionate about acquiring new business and keen to join a company recognised as a Best Employer, this could be just the opportunity for you.About the RoleYou'll take ownership of assigned territory and actively manage existing customer relationships while proactively increasing the territory customer base through targeted new business acquisition.
This will be done through:Developing and implementing sales strategies within your territory to promote the organisation's goods.Securing new and growing existing businesses.Executing performance improvement initiatives/strategies within your territory to ensure proficient operations.Completing targeted audits to maintain market standards in line with channel strategy.Leading and developing a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of EQ placements to meet our new business KPI's.Meeting sales targets through effective management of equipment capability, product mix, placement, pricing, and commission management.This role is full-time (guaranteed 40 hours per week) and permanent.Remuneration ranges from $79,000 - $89,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.About YouEnergy, drive, and professionalism are key.
You'll engage in commercial conversations with business partners, requiring excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
The ability to think strategically and close deals is essential.You will be highly motivated, able to work autonomously, and also alongside a close-knit sales team.
A customer-focused attitude and desire to succeed are crucial.You will have at least five years of relevant work experience or a relevant tertiary qualification.
