We're offering part positions and seeking someone who are flexible with working days and time.What does a Support Worker do?

| Ko wai ta tatou e rapu anaPrior experience is not essential as full training is providedFlexibility to work rostered overnight shifts and rostered weekend shiftsFull driver's license and owning your own vehicle is essential.A desire to support people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes.Somebody who has the initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box.
You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own.Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
