We are looking for Support Workers to help the people we support in our residential services located in Christchurch. This is a full-time permanent position covering staff leave and may be based in multiple locations in Christchurch.

In Residential disability, our support workers assist people who access our services to live as independently as possible in their community. Support workers are part of a team that works shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings and integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling our people to be as independent as possible.
