This full-time position requires a skilled professional who can oversee and coordinate carpentry to deliver quality results for our clients.A fast-growing team, we are looking to add another quality person to our crew.With a modern outlook on employment, we strive to deliver a positive work/life balance as we believe that reflects in our productivity and site morale.We have a large focus on delivering quality and achieving the extra 10% at all stages of our builds.What you'll be doingProvide leadership and direction to a team of carpenters.Interpret plans to guide the construction process.Coordinate the installation of structural components, such as framing, bracing, and cladding.Ensure all work meets industry standards and building regulations.Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to maintain efficiency on the job site.What we're looking forStrong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and safety protocols.Proficient in reading plans.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of carpenters.Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and subcontractors.What we offerAt Stud Construction, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
