With our state-of-the-art trade area and a growing local building industry, there are plenty of opportunities for development and progression within the company.We are looking for an allrounder, who can work the Trade Drive-Thru.
This role will ensure interactions with our Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly, assisting them with any requirements and queries, keeping the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.You will bring:A focus on customer serviceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsGood multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new productsAbility to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressureGood numeracy skillsA very strong attention to detail and accuracyNo restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capableKnowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learnPossession of a forklift licence would be highly desirable, but is not a requirementWhat we provide:A positive, supportive, professional work environmentGreat staff discountsA friendly team culture that makes it feel like a second familyIn-house and external training and development, to progress your careerA wide range of roles to allow for future promotion or new opportunities.
