Customer Service Representative - Garden
Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a vision to provide the highest levels of service and expertise to our customers in Wanaka and the surrounding areas. Mitre 10 continues to dominate the NZ DIY retail market through both its market share and number of stores throughout the country, and you can be part of our continuing success by joining the team.
We would be really keen to hear from you if you share our passion for ensuring our customers get the right product and an exceptional level of service every time they walk through our doors – going the extra mile will be the norm for you.
This role will be assisting customers mainly in our garden area with 40 hours per week over a roster that includes one weekend day.
The successful applicant will have:

A passion for customer service excellence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
An approach that is well organised and be able to manage time effectively
A flexible mindset and be able to think on your feet
The skills to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner
The ability to keep a cool head during challenging situations
Enthusiasm and team spirit
Basic familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and keyboard skills
