This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Trade team that has been awarded 'Mitre 10 Trade Store of the Year' numerous times.Working closely with the entire Trade Team, this is a key role in the relationship between customers and the business and requires a broad skill set and ability to engage with both internal and external customers. This role will be responsible for compiling full house estimates and engaging with customers to meet their building material needs. This is a fast-paced role where establishing customer's requirements and liaising with suppliers and internal personnel to deliver accurate information is a key focus.You will bring;Knowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learnFirst and foremost a very strong attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated ability to work to deadlinesDemonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate technical informationIntermediate computer/keyboard skills and ability to learn new systems and softwareA true focus on customer serviceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsGood multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new productsAbility to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressureOrganisation and time management skillsWhat we provide;A positive, supportive, professional work environmentA friendly team culture that makes it feel like a second familyIn house and external training and development, to progress your careerA wide range of roles to allow for future promotion or new opportunities.
