We are the authorised distributors of genuine Carrier air-conditioning parts.About the roleAs the Branch/Store Manager for our Wellington store, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the parts and supplies operations of the branch.
This is a full-time position that will require you to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.What you'll be doingManage day-to-day operations of the retail branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reportingDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer baseProvide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills and performanceEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulationsFoster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfactionCollaborate with the regional and head office teams to share best practices and support the overall business objectivesWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience in a retail management or sales leadership role, preferably within the same industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approachProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growthFamiliarity with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reportingCommitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work cultureAs the Branch/Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business.What we offerWe are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
