Reception cover including client-facing, phone and email management Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Requirements: A certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience in the workplace Experience in the legal space would be an advantage Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills Excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook An ability to meet deadlines and work in with the team Remuneration: $25-30 per hour dependent on skills and experience.
