It is important that you are skilled in building relationships quickly, can assess the needs of your community and offer initiatives that have impact and make a difference through your team.As a Team Coach, you will be part of the local leadership team, attend regular meetings and Team Coach trainings.
You will also be part of a National rostered after-hours service on a rotating basis.What you will be doing:Supporting taiohi and whanau: you'll provide support to young people experiencing mental health and addiction challenges, helping them thrive in school, their community, and their family life.Community & Projects: Be involved in exciting projects that help people grow and become the best version of themselves.Team Support: lead a dedicated team of Youth Workers to promote wellbeing, independence, and strong connections for the people we support.You | MouWe would expect the successful applicant to have advanced skills in working collaboratively with other providers to provide support in the community.
