Job Description
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity The position is for an Examinations Coordinator to manage processes that are integral to the quality assurance of University of Auckland examinations in accordance with university regulations and policies.
You will be required to provide expert advice on examination matters to University of Auckland staff and students and assist the Examinations Services Manager with the development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include : Plan and manage processes to ensure that the submission of student results adheres to University quality-assurance mechanismsAnalyse and investigate instances of missing or incomplete results in consultation with departments and facultiesOversee departmental and faculty requests for late submission of results, providing advice in line with University policies and regulationsSupport Postgraduate students undertaking research (30 Points and above) by supporting processes associated with sub-doctoral researchDevelop and maintain relationships with other Sub-doctoral Support Coordinators throughout the University to ensure a consistent level of service and to enable communities of practice within the functionThis is a part time, 0.7FTE (26.25 hours per week), permanent position.
The salary range for this role is between $62,400 - $77,800 dependent on skills and experience.

He korero mou | About you We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in quality assurance, data analysis and reporting.
You will also be able to demonstrate your experience in the use of information technology such as word processing packages, spreadsheets and internet applications.
