Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and sustainability?
WM New Zealand is seeking a talented Digital Sales Specialist to be a key player in our mission to address resource recovery challenges and drive value for our micro B2B customers.
About the role: As an office-based Sales Specialist, you will be engaging with a portfolio of current WMNZ micro B2B customers over the phone to pursue leads, cross-sell, and upsell our offerings.
Your mission to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
This is a great role for someone with a couple of year sales experience who wants to progress their career over time into more senior roles within the WMNZ Sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the WM team to positively impact overall revenue growth.
Develop and present an active Territory Management Plan for effective time and effort investment.
Identify and cultivate contacts and networks for lead generation, promoting WM products and services to SME markets.
Nurture and convert leads provided by our Customer Success team.
Ensure up-to-date CRM data with a weekly refresh of accurate pipeline information.
Manage a high-velocity sales cycle, engaging decision-makers and closing sales in accordance with pricing guidelines.
Follow up for repeat business, negotiating and handling objections effectively.
Qualifications About you: 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role.
An interest in developing strong sales skills, with a customer solution mindset.
Experience in customer support or issue resolution.
Computer proficiency and excellent phone communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
