If you are a seasoned chef looking for the next step in your career....give us a BUZZExecutive Chef | Christchurch | $110-$120KOverseeing the kitchen operations of a very busy yet seasonal operation, you will be tasked with delivering on both company and client expectations. We envisage this role being 75% based in the kitchen, with 2-3 evenings per week. We are looking for someone that has vast exposure to banqueting, catering and has managed multiple functions on any given day.You will be a seasoned Executive Chef, who is well organized, with a proven track history in banqueting and events. Those from multi outlet hotels/catering environments will excel in this business.Consultant Head Chef | Hybrid Christchurch | $40 p/hThe management have identified their current Kitchen Manager needs a bit of help so we have been BUZZed. We are looking for someone to come in and re-set the kitchen including recipe development (including seasonal), FCP plan, kitchen organisation/labeling and industry best practice.We see this contract lasting 4-6 weeks, with the first 2 weeks working on the new strategy, then implementing/training the staff and finally writing up the process for future reference.Head Chef | Dunedin based | $90-$95KWith the incumbent having held the reins for over 4 years, we are looking for a new Head Chef to come in and make an already successful kitchen BUZZing A full kitchen crew is awaiting a new Head Chef to guide them, teach them and make sure the food being delivered is on point and consistent.The Head Chef is a hands-on and active person in the business, covering both lunch and dinner services.
