About The Opportunity
Programmed is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our renowned painting business in Wellington. Based in Porirua, this integral role will see you responsible for providing first-class customer experience and service to our existing client base across the Wellington area, while establishing new business opportunities for the branch.
Nature of position: Full-Time Location: Porirua Reporting line: Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead & coordinate project deliveryOversee and expand the sales prospects across the locationsProvide financial and work forecasting for existing and potential projectsProvide guidance and leadership to our business development team in the branchProduce monthly reports to our leadership teamsProvide excellent customer service to our existing customer baseBuild strong working relationships with our clients and stakeholdersEnsure our staff and site are following all occupational health and safety processes and proceduresAbout You To join our team, ideally, you will be an experienced sales person, be operational and leadership-minded with a good knowledge of the services industry with a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:
Previous experience in a sales role is essentialExperience managing sales and marketing activitiesEstablishing effective and productive relationships with clients, peers and contractorsA good understanding of estimating and project management principles and activitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skillsA strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systemsWork With Us
