You build and maintain positive relationships at all levels and model an agile approach.
You learn quickly and adapt fast.
You are able to utilise advanced nursing knowledge and skills through reflective practice, critical thinking, and professional judgement to provide competent care and advice while working to top of scope.Skills and ExperienceCurrent registration with Nursing Council of New Zealand as Registered Nurse and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate.3+ years clinical experience, Authorised Vaccinator or interest in completing training, demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise and clinical judgement, particularly when working with children and adolescents.Hold a minimum of a competent portfolio in an approved PDRP or equivalent with a commitment to continue through the programme.Child and whanau health-related experience.Ability to work within a team and autonomously.Proven experience and competence using Patient Management Systems.An eye for detail and commitment for continuous quality improvement.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Full, clean New Zealand drivers licence.With the support of Health NZ, you will proactively take care of your own health and safety, to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
