Join a supportive & innovative values-based organisation that is committed to looking after its staff.This Role InvolvesWorking alongside a Behaviour Advisor to implement strategies with Service Delivery teams to help with behaviours of concernReviewing and modelling the implementation of plans and interventionsProviding training and advice to Service Delivery teamsReviewing and supporting implementation of plans and interventionsIdeally You Will HavePrevious experience in supporting people with an intellectual disability and experience in working in the field of autism is preferred.Working with a Positive Behavioural Support approachAbility to competently utilise information technologyWhilst the role is based at our head office in Greenlane as part of the Clinical Team, you will be required to travel to services provided by Spectrum Care.
