The Role

We are looking for an exceptional educator who shares our passion for supporting students with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs. As a specialist teacher, you will play a vital role in developing individualized learning plans and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive Behaviour Plans that address students' unique needs.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative, research-based instructional strategies.
  3. Promote positive relationships and foster a sense of community among students, teachers, and support staff.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in behaviour management and special education.
  5. Maintain accurate records and contribute to case management processes to ensure seamless support for students.
