This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company writing a great success story.Key Responsibilities:Build and Maintain Relationships with Property Owners, Tenants, and Prospective Tenants: Be the key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service throughout the tenancy process.Schedule and Conduct Property Viewings: Showcase properties to potential tenants, providing them with all the information they need to make informed decisions.Receive and Process Tenant Applications: Manage incoming applications efficiently and ensure all necessary checks are completed accurately.Prepare Tenancy Agreements and Support Move-Ins: Assist with creating tenancy agreements and ensure tenants have a smooth transition when moving into their new homes.Support the Property Management Team: Provide assistance across various aspects of the business, helping the team deliver exceptional service.What We're Looking For:Full Driver's License: You'll need to be on the move regularly.Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Clear communication with tenants and owners is essential.A Positive Attitude: We need someone who's upbeat and ready to tackle challenges.Strong Customer Service Focus: Providing great service is at the heart of everything we do.Exceptional Time Management Skills: You'll need to juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.Located in the heart of Takapuna, we regularly enjoy team drinks and have some recurring events throughout the year, including our Go-Kart race and Ten Pin Bowling tournament.A competitive salary with a commission structure, car, laptop, and phone make up the salary package.Please send your cover letter, CV, and a link to your up-to-date LinkedIn page if you think you are our next property management starYour application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?What's your expected annual base salary?How many years' experience do you have as a property manager?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?
