We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Property Manager based in Auckland to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and growing an existing portfolio, showcasing their excellent communication and organisational skills.
With a proven track record, the individual will demonstrate a keen attention to detail in managing properties effectively.

Key Responsibilities Manage an existing portfolio with room to grow.
Supervise and coordinate building maintenance and work orders.
Resolve tenant concerns and complaints.
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants and landlords.
Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
Update job and market knowledge.
Requirements and Skills Proven work experience as a Property Manager.
Fully understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
Well organized with excellent time management skills.
A full NZ driver's license.
Strong attention to detail.
