A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and proficiency in AutoCAD software are also required.Responsibilities include:Managing a team to plan and execute periodic office refreshes and renovations, considering user experience and spatial utilization patterns.Evaluating requests for small-scale office renovations and allocating rooms and workstations at divisional level.Planning and implementing access control systems and staff pass programming to ensure proper management of entry access and review of access requests.Providing office support services, including mail management, parking lot management, meeting room booking system, routine office upkeep, and office asset management.A strong leader with excellent communication skills is required to motivate teams and engage various stakeholders with clarity and impact.
