InterContinental Auckland is a beacon of sophistication and hospitality, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and play a key role in shaping our guest journey from the very first interaction.Explore your journey aheadShape the Guest Experience: Oversee the reservations process, ensuring a seamless and personalised journey from the moment of inquiry to check-in.Lead & Collaborate: Manage and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Maximise Revenue: Implement effective inventory management, pricing strategies and upselling techniques to achieve revenue targets.Innovate & Optimise: Continuously review systems, processes and technology to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.Be a Brand Champion: Represent the InterContinental brand by upholding our commitment to luxury and personalised service.Analyse & Report: Monitor booking trends, prepare forecasts and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.What We Are Looking ForProven experience in reservations management or revenue roles within a luxury hotel environment.A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional results.Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and a keen interest in leveraging technology for operational success.A meticulous approach to managing reservations with accuracy and professionalism.The ability to think creatively, solve problems and adapt to the evolving needs of guests and the market.What You Can Expect From UsWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
