Operations Supervisor - Kapiti CoastKia haumaru ai tatou katoaFIRST Security is currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Kapiti Region, based in Kapiti Coast.FIRST Security Guard Services is a proud member of the Wilson Security Group. Wilson Security is one of Australasia's largest and most experienced Security organisations specialising in all aspects of Security Services.We are looking for a proven leader with experience managing a diverse workforce spread across multiple sites throughout Kapiti. You will work closely with the team to ensure our guard force is living our values and maintaining the highest standards in what is a very unique operating environment.This role includes (but is not limited to):Perform operational duties across the week as required including Electronic Monitoring of Non-Custodial Services within the communityProviding leadership to your teamActing as first point of support, escalation & responseBeing out and about in the field e.g. performing patrol and guarding workDeveloping the team and our guards more broadlyLiaising with our clients and partner agenciesCompiling quality assurance, incident and other reportsPerforming ad-hoc activities or functions as set by the Management teamSafely and courteously operating a fully marked company vehicleWhat is in it for you:Great starting rate of $28.00Full time hours - minimum of 36 hours per weekWeekly payEmployee benefit schemeTo apply, you must:Preferred 3 years or more experience in a leadership positionValid right to work in NZHave highly developed communication skillsLead by exampleBe computer literate and familiar with MS Office, Excel and OutlookHave a current COA or the ability to gain oneMust have a full Drivers LicenceAbility to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions checkIf you're interested, apply now and we will be in touch
