Join us as an Operations Supervisor in our Wellington Region Traffic team.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead multiple operational crews while handling the coaching and development of the Traffic Crews.

This position will allow you to be a role model for all the operational staff.

We're looking for someone with: 5 or more years TTM experience Exceptional communication skills Experience scheduling, programming staff & resources Ability to work independently Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
