).Update and maintain tenancy schedule.Prepare and submit the Monthly Management Report.Maintain and update the Table of Financial Authority.Participate in the Annual Budget Exercise.Conduct Risk Management Reviews.Assist in Annual Property Valuation.Support Internal Audit activities.Ensure adherence to internal control procedures.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 2-3 years of experience in property management or related roles, preferably in commercial or residential properties.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities.Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
