Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Building Inspectors to join our Field Surveying Inspections team and manage the Auckland South portfolio.

As a Building Inspector, you will conduct inspections, provide guidance and advice on compliant building practices, and work with clients from various sectors of the development community.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of building design, construction, structural integrity, the Building Code, and the Building Act.

You will work closely with our Field Surveying team to ensure compliance with legislative and safety requirements, and provide accurate and timely advice to customers on building code and council processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct building inspections across your coverage area.
  • Provide guidance and advice on compliant building practices.
  • Work with clients from various sectors of the development community.
