We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced administrator available in our Te Waipounamu team in our Otautahi- Christchurch office
The Administrator has the responsibility to provide administrative services to support the effective day to day operations of the office within their region.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain effective working relationships with regional advisors, Tari Matua / National Office and a range of stakeholders.Work collaboratively with other Administrators and support kaimahi in providing a professional, seamless service to the office.Provide a high level of administrative support to the Regional Director and Team Leaders as required.Support the team with security management, emergency procedures and future focused planning.The Midpoint for this role is $60,818 per annum and the salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills and experience.

Demonstrated administrative support experience, with an ability to set priorities and self-manage work.A high level of proficiency with Microsoft packages especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and sound keyboard skills.
