We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced administrator available in our Te Waipounamu team in our Otautahi - Christchurch office
The Administrator has the responsibility to provide administrative services to support the effective day-to-day operations of the office within their region.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with regional advisors, Tari Matua / National Office, and a range of stakeholdersWork collaboratively with other Administrators and support kaimahi in providing a professional, seamless service to the officeProvide a high level of administrative support to the Regional Director and Team Leaders as requiredSupport the team with security management, emergency procedures, and future-focused planning.The midpoint for this role is $60,818 per annum, and the salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills and experience.

Demonstrated administrative support experience, with an ability to set priorities and self-manage workA high level of proficiency with Microsoft packages especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and sound keyboard skills.
