Senior Service Development Manager, Living WellFull time, fixed term until December 2025Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleThe Senior Service Development Manager is a member of a life course team tasked with supporting the development and implementation of new models of service delivery and agreements to improve their life course area and radically improve Maori Health and eliminate inequities.About YouAs a Senior Service Development Manager, you will be the go-to expert in the life course team, using your knowledge and relationships to drive meaningful change.
You'll build trusting connections with Maori, senior sector leaders, health providers, clinicians, and the wider community to tackle key strategic and operational challenges.
Your work will involve negotiating key agreements, leading service improvements, and guiding change that makes a real impact.Success in this role comes from your ability to build strong relationships, influence key stakeholders, and negotiate and manage contracts that support a thriving healthcare sector.
