Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert leadership to our clinical and care staff, ensuring a high level of quality care that aligns with Oceania Healthcare policies.
- Develop, coach, and mentor the clinical team to foster continuous improvement and critical thinking.
- Build strong connections and relationships with our residents and their families.
- Empowered to make critical decisions regarding resident care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care.
- Current Annual Practising Certificate with the New Zealand Nursing Council.
- Empathy and passion for Aged Care.
- Proven leadership skills in building and managing effective teams.
- Highly tuned problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering excellent service.
