- Document all client interactions meticulously in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain accurate records and track service performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues, providing feedback to improve processes and enhance client experiences.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Stay informed of industry trends, product changes, and service updates to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional support.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
**Requirements:** - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.

- Proven decision-making and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate challenging conversations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
