Largely clothing based, we are looking for someone who can bring their fashion flair and knowledge to create a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers.
Alongside this, we are wanting someone who is confident to drive sales and meet targets with ease.

In this role you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including presentation, stock-sorting, pricing and opening and closing proceduresCreate a welcoming, stylish shopping experience for customersDrive sales by engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending products to meet targetsPromote and manage incoming donations to maintain an exceptional product range.Lead a team of Assistant Managers, Volunteers and support an effective and collaborative team environment, while maintaining shop rosters to ensure effective shop operationsRecruit, train and retain shop employees with the support of the Retail Regional ManagerFoster a positive team culture by providing training and development opportunities to enhance customer service and skills.Provide superior customer service and lead by example, maintaining professionalism and ensuring all employees and volunteers reflect the New Zealand Red Cross valuesProvide monthly reports on shop performance, sales trends, donations, and volunteer activities to the Retail Regional ManagerTo be successful you will have:
